Homestay message

Our son and married daughter are grown, and we have a lovely house in River Forest, a beautiful suburb just west of Chicago. We have one cat. We also enjoy many cultural activities, photography and reading. I was an ESL teacher and my husband is a retired lawyer. He is also a vegetarian, and we like many different kinds of food. We have always enjoyed conversation (good for practicing your English) and sharing our home with international students.

You have access to our washer and dryer and have free WiFi and parking at our home. We have bicycles also. We are close to Dominican and Concordia Univercities, and public transportation to Chicago by train (Metra)east or west or elevated train (Green Line). Smoking is allowed outside only. The fee is lower without meals.

Room pictures available upon request. 😊
